If you are a volunteer tutor, you may report the name of your student, the student’s progress toward achieving certain goals and the number of hours you have tutored the student for a specific period of time. We will retain this information for our records. If you send us an e-mail message, we will receive and retain that message and any other personally identifiable information you include in it.

We do not sell or rent anyone’s personally identifiable information that we collect through this website, and do not participate in any online social networks. We use personally identifiable information that we obtain through this website only in connection with the instructional services we provide. In this regard, we aggregate information that we collect about our students, tutors and other volunteers and provide this information on an anonymous basis to a third party that acts on behalf of a government agency that helps to finance our operations. We take reasonable precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personally identifiable information we obtain and collect through this website. Only our employees and agents who need to use this information to perform a specific task are granted access to it, and our internal policy requires these employees and agents to keep this information confidential. Since the Internet is not necessarily secure against interception, we cannot represent, warrant or guarantee that the confidentiality or security of any personally identifiable information we obtain and collect through this website will never be breached.
