On a monthly basis, all tutors should report time spent preparing, teaching, and traveling.  Our accrediting organization, ProLiteracy, requires us to report hours of volunteer service. The foundations who provide critical operational funding request service numbers so that they can gauge the impact of their investment in our mission. For staff and board, tracking hours helps us to plan program, personnel, and operational needs.
